The Palace Guard is a Museum of New Mexico Foundation support group for the New Mexico History Museum/Palace of the Governors. Each year, the group offers an interesting and enjoyable series of events, programs and tours that are designed to provide a better understanding of our region's history.

Funds raised through Palace Guard membership dues, donations and programs are intended to help the New Mexico History Museum/Palace of the Governors collect, preserve and interpret the history of New Mexico and the Southwest Borderlands.
