Campfire Cooking

Join Ranger Mike at Fort Selden Historic Site and learn some basic campfire cooking. He will be cooking corned beef and cabbage in honor of St. Patrick’s Day! Ranger Mike has been cooking corned beef and cabbage since he was a kid. Recipes and tips will be provided. Demonstration and ranger interaction included in general admission. Ranger Mike’s ability to cook over a live fire dependent on state and local fire restrictions.
