Zig Jackson (Three Affiliated Tribes; Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara) will present and talk about his work photographing both urban and reservation Indians, and his journey as a Native American Photographer.

Zig Jackson (Three Affiliated Tribes; Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara) was the first Native American photographer collected by the Library of Congress, by the Prints and Photographs Division. He was the first Native American to get an MFA in photography out of the San Francisco Art Institute. He teaches photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia and exhibits his work at various venues throughout the country.
