Shawl-Making Workshop

Come learn how to knit a shawl with Tessa Riley from Jemez Pueblo at Jemez Historic Site. As she demonstrates her work, you can follow along with knitting needles and yarn and begin making your own shawl to take home and finish. Tessa will show participants different designs to choose from, including different colors of yarn for making fringes. There will be an hour lunch break, so bring your own lunch or try a local restaurant in Jemez Springs. Enjoy time with Tessa and make new friends as well! Space is limited to only 10 people so call 575-829-3530 to register. The workshop is free.
