The Museums and Historic Sites
Message Update: September 23, 2020
We are pleased to announce that the four state museums in Santa Fe and seven of the eight historic sites statewide re-opened to members and the public on Thursday, September 24 at 10 a.m. after more than six months of closure. This has been an unprecedented time for our 111-year-old Museum of New Mexico system, but our dedicated staffs have risen to the challenge and are ready to safely welcome visitors again.
You may view the press release on re-opening plans from the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs here. You may view the Covid-safe visiting protocol here.
The Shops will also be open and your members-only discount is currently 15% (usually 10%) until October 31, 2020. Receive a complimentary MNMF hand sanitizer when you visit one of our four Shops, our gift to you to say “welcome back.”
- Please bring your membership card to check-in.
- Reservations are not required.
- Remember to bring your mask or double layer face covering.
See you soon!
