Friday, June 12 | Arrival and Welcome

  • Arrive in Moab and check in at Red Cliffs Lodge
  • Hosted welcome reception and dinner
  • Live music performance
  • Relax and settle in with views of the Colorado River and surrounding cliffs

Saturday, June 13 | Arches National Park

  • Morning at your leisure
  • Private guided experience with Wild West Voyages at Arches National Park
  • Afternoon free to explore Moab on your own (hiking, shopping, spa or rest)
  • Evening on your own for dinner
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on your own, park admission included

Sunday, June 14 | Colorado River Experience

  • Morning departure for a guided Colorado River experience
  • Scenic river trip and lunch with Wild West Voyages
  • Return to Moab early afternoon
  • Departures or continued independent travel
  • Breakfast on your own, lunch included

Pricing includes:

  • 2 nights of accommodations at Red Cliffs Lodge (Friday and Saturday)
  • Welcome reception and hosted dinner (Friday)
  • Live music performance (Friday)
  • Arches National Park admission fees (Saturday)
  • Private guide at Arches National Park (includes high clearance passenger vans) by Wild West Voyages (Saturday)
  • Guided Colorado River experience with lunch on the river by Wild West Voyages (Sunday)
  • Full trip coordination and hosting throughout the weekend with Cara O’Brien
Not included and you are responsible for:
  • Transportation to/from Moab
  • Additional meals not listed above
  • Hotel incidentals
  • Optional activities outside the itinerary
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

  • Monday horseback riding adventure at Fisher Towers, minimum 8 riders ($160 per person plus 20% gratuity) provided by Hauer Ranch. Book directly here.

Payment and Reservation:

  • $500 non-refundable deposit per person to reserve your space
  • Full balance due 45 days prior to departure. (Cancellations after 45 days prior to departure will be held to 80% of hotel fees)
