Friday, October 16 | Arrival and Welcome Dinner

  • Behind-the-scenes tour of the Kit Carson House & Museum with exclusive access to a space not open to the public
  • Private group lunch at Doc Martin’s (historic Taos Inn’s restaurant)
  • Guided tour of Taos Pueblo, exploring the multi-storied adobe buildings that have been continuously inhabited for over 1000 years
  • Evening on your own for shopping on the historic plaza, dinner or exploration

Sunday, October 18 | Hike to Ancient Petroglyphs at Arroyo Hondo

  • Guided by Executive Director of the Office of Archaeological Studies, Dr. John Taylor-Montoya, you’ll hike along an abandoned wagon trail on private property and see ancient petroglyphs amid sweeping vistas. This hike is moderately difficult and will require careful footing and climbing for an exclusive look at the petroglyph tablets.
