Mollie Toll Endowment for Education Outreach
When Mollie Toll wasn’t trying to uncover the intricacies of New Mexico’s prehistoric past, she was helping students understand life concepts through science. As an ethnobotanist and archaeobotanist, she identified plant remains from archaeological sites in the Southwest, and as a teacher, she tried to inspire youth to understanding and independent thought.
Mollie Toll devoted much thought, time, effort, and love to reaching out to New Mexican students through the Museum of New Mexico. The Mollie Toll Endowment for Education Outreach is designed to support the continuation of the programs she helped to establish at the New Mexico State Office of Archeological Studies (OAS). This endowment, managed by the Museum of New Mexico Foundation, will produce significant funding to support archaeological education programs at the OAS for decades to come. You can help the endowment grow by making a tax-deductible gift today.
