CIRCLES EXPLORERS | NOVEMBER 2023
On November 1 began a series of mail and email communications to dropped Explorers members in hope we can bring them back into our Explorer family. We also began reaching out to general members introducing them to our Explorer membership program. As we continue to grow our membership so will we increase the number of outside-the-museum-wall experiences throughout the year.
We are working towards growing our Explorers membership through advertisement, social media and special events. These avenues are helping bring new members but the best way to identify new members is through your connections and your testimony of your experience being a Circles Explorer.
There are ways you can help too. Bring a guest to an event. It’s a great way to introduce someone to us. Several of you have brought prospects to past events and hopefully they saw the value and fun of becoming an Explorer and have joined because of it or will be joining soon.
Other ways you can help are by helping us host a prospecting event for potential Explorer member interested in finding out more. If you are able to provide your home to a group of 20 or so non-member guests, we do the rest! Several of you have hosted for us in the past and it has been a great way to get our information out there in an intimate, fun and more personal setting.
Lastly, reach out to me personally, as I would be delighted to take you and your prospect to coffee, lunch or schedule a private tour for them at one of our museums or historic sites.
With your help we will be able to reach our revenue goals and by growing our Explorer program which will intern support the Foundation and enable us to continue supporting our institutions and provide more adventurous experiences throughout the year.
Future 2024 events in the works are:
