On November 1 we began a series of mail and email communications to dropped Circles members in hope that we can bring them back into our Circles family. We also started a series of communication to Ambassador members, Regents Circles and Governor’s Circles, asking them to increase their membership support through our Step Up campaign. By Stepping Up each member will receive the new level's benefits immediately for the duration of their current membership level, and then for an additional year. We will also add some extra benefits as our way of saying “Thank you.”
Several of you have already Stepped Up to the Circles or have recently joined, and we thank you for your support, so you will not be receiving this Step-Up correspondence. However, finding new members for our Circles family is always the biggest challenge as it usually by word-of-mouth newcomers hear about our unique and wonderful membership program, the Foundation and our connections with the four state museums including the Vladem Contemporary and our eight historic sites. So, we are requesting help from you all to help us identify possible new members.
We are reaching out to Santa fean’s through advertisement, social media and special events. These avenues are helping bring new members to the Circles. But the best way to identify new members is through your connections and your testimony of your experience being a Circles member.
The best way you can help is by bringing a guest to an event! It’s a great way to introduce someone to us. Several of you have brought prospects to past Circles event and hopefully they saw the value and fun of becoming a Circles member and have joined because of it or will be joining us soon.
Another way you can help is by hosting a prospecting event for potential Circles members. If you are able to provide your home to a group of 20 or so non-Circles guests, we do the rest. Several members have hosted for us in the past and it has been a great way to get our information out there in an intimate and more personal setting.
Lastly, reach out to me personally, as I would be delighted to take you and your prospect to coffee, lunch or arrange a private tour for them at one of our museums.
With your help we will be able to reach our revenue goals and by growing our Circles program which will intern support the Foundation and enable us to continue supporting our institutions.
