Annual Pizza Cook-off

Pizza is a family favorite that is versatile, easy, and the perfect beginner food to cook in a horno. Whether you decide to make your own pizza from scratch with your very own pizza dough recipe, or opt to buy a pre-made pizza from a local supermarket, an adobe horno is more than capable of producing outstanding pizza.

Important: Please bring your own pizza pie to cook in our horno.  Make sure to get here at the beginning of the program to ensure enough baking time for everyone. The site may not be able to accommodate late arrivals due to the heat of the oven.

Cooking outdoors is contingent on weather and fire restrictions. Admission is $5/adult. Free for children 16 and under. Please call 575-526-8911 for more information.
