Artist-in-Residence Talk with Jess Segall
Join us for a talk with Artist-in-Residence, Jessica Segall. Segall’s residency examines climate care through the lens of queer ecology, engaging with New Mexico’s women-led back-to-the-land communities. Her interdisciplinary art practice highlights vulnerable landscapes, blending research, collaboration, and activism.
Jessica Segall is the Frederick Hammersely artist-in-residence at the New Mexico Museum of Art Vladem Contemporary from June 23–July 7, 2025. The artist-in-residence program is generously supported by a grant from the Frederick Hammersley Fund for the Arts at the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
