Join Coronado Historic Site staff the first Sunday of the month from May to October for a variety of natural history programs. This month, Site Manager Wendi Laws will lead a bird walk along the site’s trails (bring binoculars if you have them; we will have very limited pairs to loan). Experiment with different tools to discover how bird beaks determine what different birds eat. Create your own bird mask based on different birds found at the site.

This program is free to New Mexico residents, $7 for non-residents, and free to children 16 years and younger, people with Native/Tribal affiliations, disabled veterans, and foster families.
