In honor of New Mexico History Museum’s food exhibit, “Forks in the Road: A Diner’s Guide to New Mexico,” the Wonders on Wheels Culture Lab presents "Enchanted Chiles," a pop-up exhibit about the culture and science of New Mexico’s favorite fruit, the chile pepper. Join us for a hands-on exploration of the taste, heat, history, and magic of New Mexico chiles. Discover the stories and science behind this iconic fruit through interactive activities:
