Drawing with Pastels

Join Los Luceros Historic Site and Northern Rio Grande National Heritage Area for a workshop teaching how to draw with pastel sticks. Join Gabriella Silva for a class on drawing with the pastel sticks you created. This is the second session in a series focused on handcrafted materials and artistic expression. Learn essential techniques and tips to create pastel artwork that’s both meaningful and personal. Participants are encouraged to take the “Making Pastel Sticks” class on August 2nd as preparation.
