Gardens at Gisewa: Cooking, Eating, and Growing Together
Come join us to talk about gardening and farming, and how foods nourish and bring us together. Ranger Casey will lead a brief presentation and conversation with a light meal of corn, beans, and squash offered. The program will conclude with a tour of the planting spots located on site. Visitors will be able to help plant a raised garden bed and we will have additional starter plants to give people to take back home as well!
Program is included with admission of $7 for adults and free to children 16 years and younger, Tribal members, NM disabled veterans, NM foster families, MNMF members, and Friends of the Coronado Historic site members.
