October Full Moon Hike Through the Ruins
Join us at dusk to watch the moon rise over the ruins and take a stroll under its light! As we walk under its glow, participants can expect to hear some stories about the moon, discuss the histories of those our lunar friend shined its light on before us, and learn all about the nocturnal animals and creepy crawlies that emerge when the sun goes down. The hike will be 3/10ths of a mile and will take us about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
Please wear closed toed shoes and feel free to bring flashlights or head lamps, but only red light should be used during the tour to allow our eyes to adjust to the dark sky.
