Painting with Natural Pigments Workshop

Coronado Historic Site is offering a natural pigment painting workshop. Learn about Pueblo history and the site of Kuaua through artistic painting. Students will learn to create natural pigments and paint on canvas using natural and commercial brushes. They will be guided through this class by Ranger Robert Silas (Hopi), a multi-disciplinary artist known for his traditional Hopi and Zuni pottery.

Space is limited to 10 students. Workshop costs $34 for FCJHS and MNMF Members and $39 for non-members. All supplies are included in the class fee.
