Plein Air Sketching Class: River and Mountains

Join local artist Mary Beth Woiccak for a 90-minute guided sketching experience at Coronado Historic Site, learning how to sketch the Rio Grande and the Sandia Mountains. The session is open to all levels; students will receive a small sketch pad, drawing pencil, and kneaded eraser to take home. The workshop is $25 for FCJHS and MNMF Members and $30 for non-members. Mary Beth Woiccak is a visual artist based in Albuquerque, NM. Her paintings and mixed media compositions are inspired by the organic forms, shadows, and the natural world. Born and raised in New York state, Mary Beth received a BFA in Communication Design at State University of New York in Buffalo. She has called Albuquerque home since 2019, and she has taught art classes for the New Mexico Art League.
