Read with a Ranger at Las Cruces Library

Join us for a FREE story time in the craft room at the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library at 200 E Picacho Avenue, Las Cruces, NM 88001. A ranger from Fort Selden will read Papagayo: The Mischief Maker by Gerald McDermott. A trickster parrot, Papagayo is known for disturbing his rainforest neighors day and night. When the ferocious moon-dog begins to devour the moon, only Papagayo knows how to save it. For this month’s hands-on activity, participants will be making sun and moon catchers to take home.
