Route 66 Centennial Celebration and Car Show
Join us for a celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Route 66! We’ll have classic cars on display in the parking lot, courtesy of the Rainbow Roadrunners local car club. Listen to short talks about Route 66’s history in New Mexico, the establishment of Coronado Historic Site, and the Coronado Cuatro Centennial Celebration. Enjoy live music from the New Mexican vintage rock ‘n’ roll group DK and the Affordables. Take docent-led tours of Kuaua Village and the Painted Kiva. Support Pueblo art, craft, and food vendors at the event.

10 AM – 3 PM:

11 AM:
Mini talk: "The Creation of Coronado Historic Site and the Coronado Cuatro Centennial Celebration"
1 – 3 PM:
Music by New Mexican vintage rock ‘n’ roll group, DK and the Affordables
Admission is FREE to NM residents, children 16 and younger, Native/Tribal people, NM disabled veterans, NM foster families, and MNMF and FCJHS members. Admission for non-residents is $7 for adults.
