Support the New Mexico Museum of Art

Exhibitions

Since 1917, the New Mexico Museum of Art has showcased the art of New Mexico and the Southwest, while bringing art and exhibitions from around the world to Santa Fe. The museum’s exhibitions reflect its mission to explore the human experience, new ideas and diverse cultures. The result is a vibrant visual landscape that may include drawings by seventeenth-century Spanish artist Francisco de Goya, feminist works by Judy Chicago, photographs by Diné artist Will Wilson, or cutting-edge video installations by Peter Sarkisian.

The State of New Mexico funds museum staff salaries and operating expenses, leaving the substance of the museum experience—exhibitions, collections care and public programs—dependent upon private philanthropic support.
