NMHS | September 2024

Los Luceros Historic Site invites the community to join in their largest event of the year, which kicks off the apple picking season. The orchard will be open for people to pick apples. Ladders are not allowed in the orchard, so the site recommends people bring a picker or grabbing stick. Pajarito Environmental Education Center will bring a cider press for those interested in a fresh cup of cider. The annual Harvest Festival also features a variety of performances, children’s activities, wool dying, craft vendors, and food trucks.
