We are introducing a new membership program with enhanced benefits to provide even greater access to the museums.   • Why are you changing the membership rates?  Beginning January 1, 2027, membership rates will increase as part of an updated membership program with enhanced benefits. This is our first membership rate increase since 2014.
  • If I renew early, when will my membership expire? Your renewed year will begin when your current membership expires, extending your expiration date by 12 months.
  • Why should I renew now if my membership isn’t expiring yet? Renewing early lets you secure one more year at the current membership rate while still receiving the benefits of the updated membership program beginning January 1.
  • Will I get the new benefits if I renew at the old rate? Yes. When the new membership program begins January 1, 2027, you’ll receive the benefits associated with your membership level, even if you took advantage of the early-renewal rate.
  • What happens if I wait until my normal renewal date? If you renew on or after January 1, 2027, the new membership rates will apply.
  • Can I change membership levels when I renew early? Yes. If you’d like to change levels, our Membership team can help you determine the appropriate rate and benefits.
